We ship to the Continental United States via USPS and your order will be shipped out within 72 hours of receipt. We are unable to accommodate international orders. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. Additionally we cannot ship to PO boxes. If you have a question about your order, reach out to email@example.com.
We are a small shop with limited inventory and appreciate a prompt return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return and receive an authorization number to be written on the outside of the box.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt, using the carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments including any insurance. Clothing must be returned in unworn condition. Accessories are a final sale.
Refunds will be credited for the full amount excluding outgoing shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately via telephone at 508-228-4788 and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We cannot accommodate any cancellations once your order has been fulfilled.
